Requirements

1. 6-10 years experience
2. Proficient in SAS, R, and Python
3. Extensive experience in Statistical and ML model development for consumer credit risk management
4. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
5. Self-motivated and detail oriented
6. Demonstrated project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
7. Comfortable interfacing with business clients. proficiency handling very large data sets.
8. Experience in a quantitative role in risk management at a financial institution with experience in either model development or validation.
9. Good knowledge and understanding of a variety of model development and validation testing techniques covering risk models.
