Your objective is to design the best product and user experience for Motto members, to help them find exciting, meaningful connections. You have a deep understanding of the full design stack, from research, prototyping, testing, UI, and eng handoff. You are highly skilled, and can work with other designers and contractors as needed. Most importantly, you are motivated to deeply understand the members of the queer community in NYC, and help them find exciting, meaningful connections with each other.
