The Challenge
Within3 has a career opportunity for an account program professional with a track record of success in a services-based consulting/support role for large business clients. This role suits a professional whose core DNA is highly organized, autonomous, and detail-focused. This team member will play a key role in delivering value to our clients by leveraging the people, process, and product resources of the company. Specific responsibilities include content management, document version control, and overall project organization and implementation.
What you can expect from the opportunity
- Build relationships with key employees and stakeholders both internally and externally
- Assist large, global pharmaceutical business clients in implementing and using Within3’s online programs and solutions to address their business needs with creative thinking and planning
- Track (and in some cases construct) project deliverables to support successful client projects
- Manage an ongoing implementation plan and ongoing status meetings with the Client Strategy Lead, Within3 stakeholders, pharmaceutical company business owners, and third-party agencies. Including adhering to contract terms and strict deadlines
- Assist in providing Within3 solution training to our clients and to healthcare professionals (our end-users) (i.e. HCPs amp; Patients)
- Assist senior team members in ensuring that both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- Liaise with team members, other departments, and clients to produce high-quality sessions with flawless execution
- To manage technical support and escalate issues as appropriate
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
Requirements
What you need to grow and succeed
- Minimum 1-3 years in project management or service-based role
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excels in client-facing communications, both verbal and written
- Experience in training face-to-face and/or virtually
- Must be able to prioritize work between simultaneous clients, programs, and time zones
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Detail-oriented with strong writing and copy editing skills
- Tech savvy and skilful in using different applications; knowledge of online/virtual terminologies and user experience for applications
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Proficient and or working knowledge in Mac OS X, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive Suite, DropBox, Vimeo, and Zoom
- Client management skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work well with a remote team
Nice to haves
- Med Comm and Pharma industry experience is preferred however not essential
- Applicants must be fluent in English. Additional languages are preferred but not essential (Especially Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French!)
- Experience with planning and executing web meetings
- Gainsight experience (not required)
