Charlotte Mechanical, LLC, a well-established HVAC and Plumbing contractor, is seeking an energetic, career-minded person to join our team.

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Mechanical, HVAC and Plumbing estimator for Multi-Family use homes. At least 6-8 years’ experience in construction estimation.

Requirements

• Must be able to estimate accurate pricing
• Must have Construction Estimation experience
• Meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Ability to accurately read and understand blueprints
• Must understand bid specifications and instructions
• 6-10 Years’ experience in estimation required
• Must be familiar with working with Bluebeam, Planswift and ProCore programs
• Will work directly with Pre-Con manager and Purchasing Director
