Analyzes system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results. Supports the development of test and evaluation documentation. Works with other test departments to support testing and evaluation project integration. Provides specialized testing and evaluation capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance area.

Requirements

• Eight (8) years experience as a configuration manager in projects of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelors degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• A Masters degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to six (6).
• Four (4) years of additional configuration manager experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
• If assigned to a developmental project, one (1) year of experience using a source code control system for a developmental project of similar scope and complexity is required.
