Job Description
Successful candidates for Ryvit's Implementation Manager position will be:
- Proficient in SQL
- Able to provide technical consultations
- Energized by growing with a startup
Background experience in implementing Viewpoint Vista, Viewpoint Spectrum, Sage 300 CRE, Sage 100 C, InEight, BambooHR, or SAP Concur (while not required) would be very helpful. An Implementation Manager will use C# during their daily work. A willingness to learn or experience in C# would be required as well.

Implementation Managers are on the frontlines of the customer journey. We are a team of implementation experts that have a deep understanding of the products that our partners have built and we understand what it takes to reliably move data between those systems at scale.
Your areas of ownership
- Provide consultation to customers during the onboarding and implementation process
- Collect requirements from customers about integration and execute on those requirements.
- Assist with customer support tickets and change orders
- Assist with product development
- Capture customer feedback and route it to the appropriate internal stakeholders

Customer Satisfaction
That’s the name of the game in SaaS. As an Implementation Manager, you’ll have ample opportunity to make (or break) the Ryvit brand with our customers. During implementations, customer change orders, and support tasks, you’ll be communicating directly with our customers. It’s important that you communicate clearly, proactively, and regularly.
Clean Implementations
Your implementations will be monitored by the support team. Our aim is to activate configurations that work. Meaning, our customers experience a seamless, reliable data flow and our internal team doesn’t spend manual time supporting it on a regular basis. Clean implementations mean a long-term profit margin.
Troubleshooting Acumen
Implementation Managers are often relied upon to help with difficult support issues. You may be called upon, without warning, to help provide critical support to our customers. When this happens, you will be expected to troubleshoot the root cause of the issue swiftly and accurately. You may also be asked to create tickets that summarize your findings for our engineering team so they can deploy a fix (if necessary).
Requirements
Position Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- 3+ years of Implementation Experience
- A blend of business and technical savvy
- Working knowledge of large database programs
- Knowledge and experience with the phases of the construction life-cycle including accounting practices and project management; preferred
- Working knowledge of the Construction industry; preferred
- Knowledge of one or more of the following; preferred
- Sage 300 CRE construction accounting software
- Spectrum construction software
- Vista by Viewpoint construction management software
- Demonstrated success in requirements gathering and delivering of projects with customers
- Excellent communication and client facing skills - both written and spoken;
- Strong organizational skills specific to management of time, project and team resources;
- Ability to think on the fly;
- Desire to have many balls in the air you perform best under pressure and thrive in a time-sensitive, high energy, demanding and entrepreneurial environment;
- Ability to remain calm under pressure;
- Ability to manage multiple competing projects
