What will you be doing?
Strategically drives all new ASO business development through individual contribution and management of the sales team(s). Overall accountability for the success of the team including revenue growth, member growth and client retention.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
SKILLS amp; ABILITIES
Intermediate experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint
EXPERIENCE
10+ years of progressive and successful sales experience with at least 5 years sales experience in health benefits required.
Experience working with brokers required
Experience with self-funded health insurance plans required
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
Producers license preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Occasional lifting or bending.
