Responsibilities
Manage key client relationships, including with Fortune 500 and/or Fortune Global 500 client(s). Pursue new business efforts; lead and deliver RFPs to existing and potential clients. Scope, define and lead customer experience transformation programs (both digital strategy and digital content). Manage agency’s Pamp;L for North America, and report revenue forecasts and profitability to global CEO. Partner with CEO to define and implement future direction of global business. Define and manage team profile for North American business, and interview and hire key new staff. Set up commercial relationships and pricing structures with clients; negotiate and create Master Service agreements. Conduct long-term strategic planning with clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or Management, and three years of experience in the position offered or in an account or project management position. 18 months of required experience must have included managing Fortune 500 and/0or Fortune Global 500 client relationship(s); managing revenue forecasting and account finances; hiring and managing staff of account and/or project managers; leading multi-discipline project teams to deliver digital customer experience projects; growing client portfolios through new business activity; and negotiating additions, extensions, or reductions to client contracts.
