Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with 7+ years of experience working in a business development capacity in the US life insurance industry. The ideal candidate needs to be passionate about transforming how life insurance is distributed and underwritten to help distributors better serve their customers and bridge the coverage gap.
In this role, you will work with business leaders to craft a bullet-proof business development strategy, help assess the market opportunity, and put the wheels in motion to generate new revenue. You will focus on developing and opening new distribution opportunities within a defined market. You will become a subject matter expert in our products and process, not just owning a specific vertical but also championing and advising on our solutions.

Requirements
· 7+ years of sales experience with a demonstratable track record of success
· Life insurance experience highly preferred; fintech or financial services ok
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun and empowering, results-oriented environment
· Experience selling to business owners and decision-makers, developing partnerships, and defining opportunities
· Superb verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
· Strong presentation skills
