Requirements
- Conduct assessments and design treatment plans; review and update on a regular basis.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and design Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians in clients’ homes.
- Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
- Maintain positive communication with parents.
- Collaborate with parents to incorporate individualized goals into the family’s daily routines, thus providing parent training.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Communicative amp; collaborative.
- Committed to purposeful care
- Current BCBA certification and a minimum of 2 years of home-based ABA experience.
- Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (Such as Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.)
