Charlotte Mechanical is seeking a highly organized, energetic Administration Support Clerk for New Construction. In this role, you will collaborate with general contractors and our internal personnel to coordinate plan changes, submittals, change orders, cost control, troubleshoot, problem solve, estimate, and distribute the information as needed to the project team and field personnel.
To ensure success, you must be outgoing and possess a solid knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, or similar construction pdf software like Bluebeam Revu. As an Administration Support Clerk, you will be someone who can take control of a task and see it through from start to finish.
