Job Description
Charlotte Mechanical is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager for its Residential Division.
Requirements
Train, lead and assist install teams when they:
- Install Air Handlers, Gas Furnaces, Condensers, Coils
- Install Duct Work
- Install Registers
Manage truck inventory
Perform QC walk on every install job
Meet with County Inspectors
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in Installations
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as an Install Manager
The individual must have good communication skills. Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment; manage unexpected changes and/or situations. Must be able to follow instructions; respond to management direction. Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner.
The individual is frequently required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Must be willing to work in an environment where they will be exposed to uncomfortable temperatures(hot/cold).
