ResortPass is looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Sales to capitalize on ResortPass’s momentum and potential - someone to drive the strategy and execution of the overall Sales organization, leading both the team and strategy and is responsible for scaling ResortPass in the US market and beyond.

  • Build a pipeline of leads, identify opportunities, and build relationships with key decision-makers at individual hotels and corporate-level brands and management companies
  • Proactive, highly energetic, and self-motivated leader with proven experience marrying strategy and execution to drive successful outcomes
  • Brings relevant expertise, has strong opinions, a passion for their mission, and a loud, effective, and collaborative voice
  • Advocate for both the business and the customer - accountable for acquiring, growing, and optimizing partnerships
  • Set the vision for the growth of the business and for rallying the team to achieve growth targets
  • Culture setter for the sales team this person’s day-to-day decisions must engage, inspire, inform, and motivate teams
  • Excels in building, managing, and growing highly effective sales organizations
  • Embodies strategic sales leadership, is a playbook builder and optimizer, and is comfortable leading teams that are hungry to win in a massive market, ripe for new solutions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the sales organization to achieve aggressive growth and expansion goals
  • Drive, optimize and memorialize the client value proposition and develop monthly, quarterly, and annual narratives that demonstrate the efficacy of the ResortPass product offering across several relevant KPIs to drive customer acquisition and engagement
  • Continue to assemble a world-class leadership team with the appropriate skills to lead ResortPass forward
  • Drive the sales team in the ongoing optimization of the customer funnels, from acquisition through engagement and retention
  • Build adequate top of funnel and closing velocity to deliver budgeted revenue and growth metrics
  • Drive portfolio growth using strong relationship management and ongoing demonstration of value proposition
  • Build, iterate and optimize the people, systems, and infrastructure to support the long-term goals within the Sales vertical
  • Ensure all operations, systems and processes are designed and managed to deliver an exceptional and competitively differentiated client experience at scale with supporting KPIs to drive optimization
  • Partner closely with marketing, technology, and product teams to deliver and continually improve on the product and client experience
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure employees and partners are always focused on driving positive outcomes for our clients, and that all groups that interact with clients are doing so using one consistent voice and narrative
  • Constantly obtain feedback and support from internal cross-functional leadership team

EXPERIENCE

  • Prior experience in relevant sales leadership roles within high-scale, high-growth, venture backed services / operations / technology businesses
  • Proven mastery of transactional and consultative selling
  • Prior experience with mid-market / SMB and field sales, with the ability to build repeatable sales motion from early product-market fit through scale
  • A proven track record:
    • Leading regional sales teams or organizations to meet and exceed budget, particularly in high-growth organizations
    • Balancing profitability while delivering substantial topline growth
    • Building, managing, and optimizing high-performing sales teams inclusive of hiring, training, comp
