Job Description

As the Regional Pool Supervisor you are directly responsible for the comprehensive oversight of all property/location/building management operations within their assigned pool-focused accounts. This includes ongoing collaboration with the respective VP of Operation and all relevant staff employed at the assigned locations/accounts. The Regional Pool Supervisor works with all LIVunLtd pool locations to assist and train on-site managers with their pool operational needs. The Regional Pool Supervisor must ensure seamless communication between the corporate office initiatives and field operations. The Regional Pool Supervisor will be given area support assignments specific to the immediate pool operational needs of all accounts beyond those within his/her primary / assignment. Experience working with pools and acquatics is a requirement. Being CPO Certified is also required.

We are looking for a Regional Pool Supervisor to oversee LIVunLtd accounts located in Queens and Brooklyn.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Train, develop and support on-site staff members to establish their adherence to LIVunLtd policies, procedures and high standards.
  • Conduct spot inspections on pool areas to ensure operations are being handled properly by lifeguard staff.
  • Conduct periodic (weekly) site inspections of all managed areas in order to maintain showroom ready conditions, safety, risk management, customer service (client, resident, guest, member) and LIVunLtd standards.
  • Maintain pool chemistry, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and Department of Health (DOH) compliance.
  • Maintain and complete required training and applicable certifications such as, but not limited to Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), First Aid, Lifeguarding, etc.
  • Hire and onboarding all team members for the pool area.
  • Acitively participate in lifeguard recruitment efforts and manage the weekend/on call lifeguard program.
  • Report any issues or repair needs immediately to property management, LIVunLtd management, as well as to pool service provider and and all parties necessary to maintain compliance requirements.
  • Ensure that a proper maintenance schedule is executed according to standard daily/weekly/monthly tasks such as mechanical system inspection, backwash, chemical distribution, etc.
  • Provide seamless communication, implementation and execution of directives as communicated from the Executive team, department leaders and VPs of Operations.
  • Lifeguard when needed.
  • Adhere and adapt to all current and new LIVunLtd policies, procedures and initiatives.
  • Wear corporate / building approved uniform for each specific LIVunLtd location where you are working. Perform additional duties and responsibilities specific to the location / building and upon the request of your manager.
  • Recommend and implement pool operational improvements as needed.
  • Ensure that each location within your assigned accounts is reflective of LIVunLtd’s core values, commitments, philosophy and policies.
  • Create and ensure a safety first culture that is apparent in every operation daily.
  • Maintain and oversee full responsibility for the performance of operational budgets and scope of work within the contractual agreement.
  • Provide performance reports/updates to VP of Operations.
  • Ensure all operation procedures and first rate practices are being demonstrated at every location.

Requirements

  • Experience working in pool operations or in acquatics.
  • CPO Certification is required.
  • Proven track record of effective qualitative and quantitative judgment and decision making.
  • Strong business acumen including the ability to oversee multiple locations.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Experience in hiring, coaching and training teams to create an exceptional luxury brand experience.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking around.
  • Must be able to commute and walk to multiple locations in one day.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Appreciation for fitness and healthy living.

The Regional Pool Supervisor position with LIVunLtd has a starting salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
