Requirements

Core Responsibilities

• Work with Business Leads to define business problems
• Work with Business Leads and SME’s to document business rules, business requirements, process flows, user stories and other project artifacts
• Identify system gaps

• Assist QA team with development of test scenarios and expected results
• Assist with the development and validation of training materials
• Prepare and help deliver business process workshops and design sessions
• Complete activities and deliverables per project plan
• Help track completion of system gaps
• Recommend solutions to the business in the capacity of a trusted advisor
• Understand dependencies with other systems
• Accountable for understanding business processes, functions and rules
• Maintain process and requirement deliverables throughout project, incorporating changes
• Successfully conduct data mapping, if applicable
• Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owner, and architects to understand potential solution tradeoffs on processes and expected benefits

Core Skills for all BA Roles

Required:

• Strong ERP project experience and knowledge
• Strong ERP or large application project experience and knowledge’ otherwise it is fine
• Ability to lead meetings, including preparation, agenda, execution, follow-up
• Documentation of meeting minutes, action items, and next steps
• Experience creating process flow diagrams using Visio
• Experience supporting development of test cases and training material
• 3-7 years of experience as a BA
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools

Order to Cash or Procure to Pay experience with an emphasis on accounts receivable/accounts payable knowledge

Desirable:

• Fortune 500-1000 companies
• Wholesale Distribution industry experience
• Credit card processing knowledge/experience
