The Customer Success Coordinator plays an essential role in the efficient flow of freight from our customers to our driving force. Customer Success Coordinator Daily Duties

  • Daily conversations via phone call with assigned customers to book large amounts of freight, meeting the requirements of the company’s operations.
  • Further Penetrate Assigned Accounts to improve and grow the Assigned Book of Business.
  • Work closely with CSC - Lead and Logistics Coordinators to ensure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation.
  • KPI’s must be met as directed by Management regarding load volume, revenue targets, loads over 725 miles, and customer growth expectations. **Subject to change based on business needs**
  • Proficiently use the TMW and OS transportation software systems to facilitate the movement planning and scheduling of freight.
  • Organize and maintain electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment, distribution means, pricing, client expectations, Safety Expectations, and contractual obligations.
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to stay on track to hit targets.
  • Ensure claims are documented and communicated to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely fashion
  • Monitor benchmarks and identify trends and problems as directed by Management.
  • Prioritize and assign loads by customer needs.
  • Ensure service by monitoring all available loads within our internal TMS systems to ensure that each load is picked up per our customer’s service expectations.
  • Effectively communicate to internal and external customers, and management.
  • All loads will be updated to current ship date by the end of the day. There will be no loads that show old ship dates that are marked in available priority.
  • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
  • Use data to support decision making processes.
  • Other assigned duties.

  • Requirements

    1. Associates Degree
    2. One year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
