Combined with our Hudson Medical team, our wellness team of providers guide patients through not just intervention and rehabilitation, but equally important, focus on prevention and optimization.

ROLE: HBOT MANAGER (Hudson Wellness)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the HBOT MANAGER at Hudson, you will directly oversee and manage all key aspects of the HBOT Program. This means you will be the key driver for setting the foundational workflows across all cross functions for our HBOT program leading up to and continuing through launch. You will work closely with our executive leadership team to set, track, and report on objectives and do everything in your power to see them exceeded.

*This role, and most other Hudson roles, will be subject to a 90 day probationary period. During this time, we will be evaluating your performance based on set metrics. However, unique to this role, you will have an opportunity for top line revenue sharing if your objectives are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary Objective: Establish the clinical operations of the HBOT program. This includes creating clinical SOPs, patient experience workflows, setting up scheduling system (patient facing and internal scheduling), setup email templates, setting up payment system, patient record keeping, treatment protocol/care plan guides, and more.
  • Develop Patient Care Plans: Working closely with patients (and Medical Director) to understand their needs and help to find them the best care based on their medical condition
  • Administer Treatments: Until program scales, you will be the primary tech administering treatments for patients. You will potentially have help from the wellness team for this during certain hours of the day.
  • Maintain Patient Relationships: Possess a strong understanding of HBOT as a therapy/treatment and be able to effectively communicate that to our patient population. Providing a high-quality patient experience to all Hudson Health Patients
  • Hiring: When our program goals are met/ramping up, it will be your responsibility to hire and train new employees of the program whether that is on the operations side, or techs.
  • Marketing: work alongside the marketing team to set up all marketing channels of the program (website, social media, and digital ads). You will be the primary source of content writing, digital strategy, and patient information (how to prepare, what to expect, FAQs).
  • Business Development: Work with chief growth officer to develop and implement new patient business development funnels. Develop new relationships with surgeons, athletic teams / gyms, and any other referral sources. On the patient facing side, you will also be responsible for lead conversion - Assist in converting leads/potential patients to patients
  • Financials: Create documentation for monthly/quarterly/annual treatment and revenue tracking. You will report this to Hudson’s executive team and other leaders
  • High End Concierge: You will act as a Hudson Concierge, liaison to Hudson’s high end clients for all other Hudson divisions in our ecosystem. This means you will have a key role in the upcoming Hudson Membership Program.
  • Updating patient records in our Athena Health and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Partnering with Hudson Health operations team to suggest process improvements and care coordination
