Job Description

FreshFry is looking for a proactive, customer-first candidate to join our Customer Success team. In the Customer AdvocateSpecialist role, this person will be a dependable problem-solver, who prioritizes our customers’ experience and helps FreshFry improve our ability to serve them.

A day in the life of this role looks something like responding to customer inquiries, reaching out to current customers to ask, listen and learn about their experiences with FreshFry and our products, and collaborating with other members of our team (the PodSquad). This person should expect to interact everyday with our CRM, communication tools and the team that will help this role capture and accomplish their goals. This role will act as the voice of the customer in FreshFry; one that is biased-to-action, highly communicative and detailed in their approach to helping our customers succeed.

Highly desired experience that will help a candidate succeed in this role is previous work in hospitality, food service or patient care industries. A qualified candidate will also be able to communicate effectively verbally and across multiple written mediums in English; bilingual fluency in Spanish is also highly preferred.

Working Conditions
