About the role:
This is a full time contract-to-hire role and can be based in any of our US hub cities of San Francisco, Denver, or New York. You will work with Quizlet’s Talent Acquisition team supporting our Technical hiring in Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, Technical Infrastructure, and Product and Design. In addition to your sourcing and recruiting efforts, you will ensure that candidates have a uniquely positive experience from the first introduction to onboarding.In this role, you will:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and target candidates for open positions
  • Identify and source top talent through multiple avenues: LinkedIn, networking, job postings, university relations, recruiting events, and other strategic sourcing channels
  • Ensure inclusive recruiting processes by proactively guiding and leading a diverse pool of qualified candidates through the hiring funnel
  • Be an owner and do your part to keep clean data and reporting by using internal systems and tools
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a positive experience at all touchpoints, including screens, interviews, offer generation, reference checks, offer acceptance, and pre-boarding as appropriate
What you bring to the table:
  • 8+ years of in-house technical recruiting experience filling hard to fill technical roles in fast-paced recruiting environments at startups and/or growth companies with high hiring bars
  • Passionate about Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging and biased towards action to serving as a courageous ally to our URG communities
  • You care deeply about the candidate experience as we attempt to find and hire the very best people for our team
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a critical recruiting touchpoint for all levels of our organization with exposure to hiring entry-level to senior management positions
  • Experience with recruiting and sourcing applications
  • A knack for organization and attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a starting base salary of $130,000 - $180,000, depending on location and experience, as well as company stock options
