As a technical recruiter at Harbinger, you will contribute to company's growth by identifying and attracting excellent candidates and bringing them into our organization. The role will give you opportunities to think creatively about sourcing candidates, delivering personalized candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, and accomplishing organization's recruiting goals. You will partner with key business stakeholders and members of the global recruiting team at Harbinger.

Core Responsibilities
- Own the entire recruiting lifecycle - tracking open positions, creating job descriptions in collaboration with the engineering team, posting open job positions, sourcing and screening candidates, managing the interview process and feedback sessions, extending offers, and closing candidates.
- Source matching talent by proactively leveraging multiple sourcing channels - technology, external recruiting partners, referrals and recruiting events.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Harbinger's business, technology capabilities and core values.
- Provide the best candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle - from the first communication to closing an offer.
What We Value
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in the US.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of technology and software engineering concepts and trends.
- Working experience with online recruiting services and tools, social media services and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to innovate for managing recruiting challenges.

- Experience with data-driven approach for managing the recruiting process.
