We are looking for a talented and experienced Financial Analyst to join our growing team. You will be joining an amazing team of individuals who love their job and you will have the opportunity to learn, be challenged, and grow your career. This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking a challenging role working with financial reporting and accounting systems. Ideal candidates will possess financial modeling experience and an in-depth understanding of complex claims, denials, and eligibility business lines.

What will you provide?

  • Implementation, maintenance, and updating of financial systems.
  • Modify system menus, edit spreadsheets and reports, and troubleshoot system problems.
  • Import files to and exports files from financial databases.
  • Train staff on the use of financial systems.
  • Act as a liaison to the information technology and Operations departments.
  • Perform audits and quality inspections to ensure integrity of financial data.
  • Develop and generate financial reports on both a scheduled and ad-hoc basis.
  • Actively participate in cross departmental team to implement new clients, service lines, and special projects.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience producing company weekly, periodic, quarterly and annual financial reporting and experience
  • Functional understanding of relational databases
  • Experience working with financial or accounting systems.
  • Healthcare experience with an in-depth understanding of complex claims, denials, and eligibility business lines
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Prior experience in revenue cycle management preferred
