We are looking for a talented and experienced Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking a challenging role working with financial reporting and accounting systems. Ideal candidates will possess financial modeling experience and an in-depth understanding of complex claims, denials, and eligibility business lines.

What will you provide?

• Implementation, maintenance, and updating of financial systems.
• Modify system menus, edit spreadsheets and reports, and troubleshoot system problems.
• Import files to and exports files from financial databases.
• Train staff on the use of financial systems.
• Act as a liaison to the information technology and Operations departments.
• Perform audits and quality inspections to ensure integrity of financial data.
• Develop and generate financial reports on both a scheduled and ad-hoc basis.
• Actively participate in cross departmental team to implement new clients, service lines, and special projects.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications with advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Experience producing company weekly, periodic, quarterly and annual financial reporting and experience
• Functional understanding of relational databases
• Experience working with financial or accounting systems.
• Healthcare experience with an in-depth understanding of complex claims, denials, and eligibility business lines
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Prior experience in revenue cycle management preferred
