Experience required:

• Worked previously in Client/Customer-facing Positions.
• Clear and professional telephonic communication.
• Accurate and efficient Information gathering from telephonic communication.
• Experience with conflict management in a Client-facing capacity.
• Previous experience in sales, or working in a sales-related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a team with a team-player approach.
