Job Description

UWorld is seeking a Digital Product Marketing Manager to drive growth for our student-focused Accounting/CPA suite of products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

JOB DUTIES (including but not limited to):

Campaign Prep amp; Misc.

  • Develop and execute lead acquisition activities through multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Track and communicate a calendar of demand generation activities with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Tailor content development to the target audience to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics. Make recommendations and track improvements.
  • Partner with the web development team to create website pages that effectively drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Craft creative and engaging content to enhance campaign activity.

Marketing Strategy

  • Define and refine market positioning and product differentiators
  • Recommend conference attendance and sponsorships

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrable digital B2C marketing experience
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRUSH
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment with competing priorities
  • Ability to react in a constructive manner to direct feedback and constructive criticism
  • Preference given to candidates with E-Learning, Accounting/CPA, and exam prep market experience

Requirements

Minimum Education Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field required; master’s degree preferred

Minimum Experience Required

  • Five years of experience in a mid-level marketing position.
  • High importance: Demonstrable B2C demand generation experience, managing multi-channel campaigns including email, PPC, organic search, webinars, events, social, display advertising, and retargeting
