The Business Central System Analyst is ideally based near our Dallas, TX or Newark, NJ Fulfillment Centers to best support our teams. Hybrid work schedule with regular onsite visits weekly. The Business Central System Analyst is a user and system support role that provides the business and operations teams with knowledge and expertise in regards to the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central system. The role is also responsible for continuous analyzing and improving the way the Business Central system is utilized in the operational work, as well as for creating and maintaining up to date user amp; system documentation.
What you will do:
- Provide system support to Business Central ERP users in areas of Supply Chain, Warehouse, Operations and Finance.
- Analyze application of the ERP system to the business and operational processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the ERP system data flows, workflows and user interface.
- Recommend validations and automations in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with the global digital team and US business teams on changes and new features in the ERP system.
- Create and manage user amp; system documentation for the ERP system.
Requirements
- Who You are:
- Minimum of 3 yrs experience in ERP support with Dynamics NAV
- Minimum of 2 yrs experience in requirement analysis, process documentation and system specification
- Minimum of 2 yrs experience in a Supply Chain or Operations environment
- A passion for delivering real business value through technology
- Strong personal organization and time management skills
- Exceptional organizational, time management, multi-tasking skills, and attention to details
- Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace
- You have a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and a problem-solving approach
- You are a team player, able to communicate with peers and able to escalate issues where appropriate
