We're looking for a Financial Planning amp; Analysis Analyst to join our growing team. As a FP amp; A Analyst you will partner directly with CFO and executive team to explain drivers of business performance; create annual and long-term strategic plans to inform financial targets; build innovative dashboards that offer insights on risks and opportunities; partner with operations and sales teams on special initiatives; and play an integral part in future fundraising and acquisition efforts. You’re most likely to be successful in this role if you are a motivated self-starter, who thrives in a fast paced team environment, pays attention to detail, and enjoys solving complex problems.
Requirements
- Must be willing to come into our Midtown, Atlanta office 2x/week
- 2-3 years of experience in FPamp;A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Statistics, or related field
- A proven track record of delivering results and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Communication skills to engage cross-functional and cross-border teams
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills that impacted your organization
- Strong business acumen and structured thinking
- Integral part of the month-end close and planning process
- Build and maintain operating models
- Integral part of annual budgeting process
- Leverage google sheets/excel to deep dive operational data and build automated dashboards
- Assist in Cap table management and investor relations
- Advise operational and sales leaders on the financial impacts of growth initiatives
- Effectively communicate insights to key stakeholders
- Conduct all business in accordance with MessageGears policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned.
