As a critical part of the MessageGears marketing organization, this position will work in lockstep with our partnerships team to strategize, execute, and optimize partner co-marketing campaigns with key technology and consultancy partners that help increase brand awareness, penetration, and engagement at target ICP accounts. This role will be responsible for influencing new pipeline generation, accelerating existing opportunities, and driving additional revenue growth within current customers of MessageGears, as well as growing stronger relationships with our partners via co-marketing. This position will balance marketing to MessageGears partner organizations (helping them continue to understand MessageGears and our unique better together value prop) while creating joint marketing initiatives with those same MessageGears partner organizations.


A key aspect to this role will be learning and understanding the better together story across the entire MessageGears partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Product and/or Partner Marketing at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience standing up a new Partner Marketing function at an organization, and working closely with Partner Sales leaders to develop the program
  • Highly data driven and performance minded
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, generate insights and translate it into actionable changes


Responsibilities
  • Be a primary point of contact for marketing teams at key partners
    • Build strong working relationships within partner marketing teams, promote the MessageGears brand, create joint messaging, and create global marketing campaigns and content, while having storytelling and content creation skills with the ability to craft and refine joint narratives with partners
  • Develop an integrated partner GTM strategy that mobilizes the partner ecosystem around co-selling and co-marketing with MessageGears
    • Understand and communicate the joint better together value proposition
    • Create better together collateral for the website, sales, and partner use
    • Educate internally on the benefits and use cases
  • Work closely with partnerships, field marketing, sales, and other teams across the company to design, build, and scale a set of repeatable, partner GTM programs, including partner communications and joint demand generation activities
    • Work with key partners to bring our collective GTM vision to lifeincluding driving strategy development, implementation, and reporting
    • Be a key player in setting the strategy for marquee events (digital and in-person) and the way we work together to jointly sponsor, activate, and engage to make the most of these efforts.
  • Work with MessageGears’ Partner team to understand their needs and demands, gathering insight and translating them into the wider marketing plan.
  • Track and measure program success, making adjustments to continuously improve and maximize results
**MessageGears is a Hybrid work environment if within 30 miles of the Atlanta office. If outside of that radius the role is fully remote.**
