We're looking for an ABM Manager to join the Marketing team at a pivotal point in our growth. Reporting to the Director of Demand Gen, you will be responsible for ABM strategies and tactics that drive repeatable, scalable and predictable new business pipeline. To be successful in this role, you have a proven track record of managing an ABM program in a high-growth environment. You are a trusted partner across sales and marketing and will be responsible for building an ABM demand gen machine.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience ABM-focused demand generation for a B2B organization that targets Enterprise-level prospects (required)
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, with experience working directly with Account Executives and SDRs to create and execute account targeting strategies
  • Expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement
  • Highly data driven and performance minded
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, generate insights and translate it into actionable changes
  • Master at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused ABM demand programs and campaigns
  • Bonus points for Pardot and Terminus experience


Responsibilities
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies and integrated campaigns that successfully engage key contacts at target accounts and ultimately generate and accelerate sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute compelling ABM strategy and programs that successfully engage target accounts, moving them effectively through the buyer's journey to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Understand the buyers within target enterprise accounts pain points, demographics, and how they buy.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and SDRs to create and execute 1:1 and 1:few campaign strategies that drive new business pipeline
  • Create 1:many campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, leads, and other outcomes
  • Build out and then obsess over ABM metrics, and optimize for performance
  • Run experiments, track performance, and continually optimize campaigns to build and scale a highly efficient mi
