We're looking for a Demand Generation Director to join the Marketing team at a pivotal point in our growth. Reporting to the CMO, you will be accountable for driving repeatable, scalable and predictable new business pipeline. To be successful in this role, you have a proven track record of success scaling the demand generation function to meet business goals in a high-growth environment. You are a trusted partner to sales and marketing leadership and will be responsible for building a demand generation machine.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in demand generation for a B2B organization that targets Enterprise-level prospects (required)
- Highly data driven and performance minded
- Master at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices and proficiency using automation and CRM tooling including Salesforce and Pardot
- Firm understanding of demand generation funnels, funnel conversion and the tactics used at each stage within the funnel
- ABM experience required
- Bonus points for Pardot and Terminus experience
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed aggressive new business pipeline targets
- Build-out the company’s go-forward demand gen strategy and best practices
- Create, oversee, execute and optimize programs and multi-touch campaigns that drive awareness, leads and pipeline
- Build out our ABM campaign strategy for our Enterprise prospects, executing and driving an integrated marketing plan across all paid digital and unpaid channels
- Own a paid media budget across paid search, paid social, and content syndication. Test and optimize channel performance to drive a healthy LTV:CAC
- Leverage data to analyze, communicate and present results of marketing campaigns and programs.
- Run experiments, track performance, and continually optimize campaigns to build and scale a highly efficient mix
- Player / coach, able to align and motivate a team and work closely to optimize performance
