Bilingual Janitorial Worker

Marco Fine Arts is seeking a full-time Janitorial Worker to perform janitorial services for our buildings and to work in collaboration with the site management team to identify and resolve issues.

Cleaners are responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of the facility by performing general cleaning tasks within your assigned buildings and displaying a positive attitude.

As an Janitorial Worker you will:

• Dust, damp wipe and clean all office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, telephones, paneling, windowsills, glass surfaces and all other horizontal surfaces, to include doors, doorframes, switches, and partitions.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and kitchen areas.
• Empty, clean all trash receptacles, and remove debris throughout office areas and production areas.
• Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas in offices, lobbies, hallways and corridors.
• Sweep and mop all uncarpeted areas with a broom or dust mop.
• Zone uncarpeted areas, including stairwells and spot check for necessary cleaning.
• Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Full time position withourly pay $15.00

Requirements

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the United States
• MUST Pass background and drug screen testing
• Ability to work the assigned schedule with timely and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable transportation
