We are seeking a proactive and reliable Fulfillment Assistant to help us achieve our mission of reaching under-served students with high-impact test preparation. Behind the scenes, the Fulfillment Assistant is responsible for tasks that keep the department running smoothly and ensure customers get what they purchased quickly and accurately. This individual must be committed to efficiency, growth, teamwork, and exceeding customers' expectations each day. Examples of work include:
- Formatting spreadsheets
- File organization
- Scanning documents
- Physical activities, such as lifting boxes and packaging workbooks
- Assisting the team in various tasks

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Located in the Baton Rouge, LA area
- Technology fluency and willingness to learn new platforms
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize a to-do list
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
- Deep belief in the potential of all students and a passion for MasteryPrep’s mission
- Respect for individuals' diverse experiences and the ability to work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds
