We’re in search of an enthusiastic, dynamic Product Enablement Specialist(Accounting amp; Financial Software/ SaaS) with a proactive customer focused mindset to join our awesome Customer Experience Team. To date, we have had great success with our customers (98% retention - just saying!) and this is a key objective to maintain/ increase in the years to come, so a key focus (no pun intended) of this role will be on building and maintaining enduring customer relationships.

As the Product Enablement Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple accounts, technologies, projects; providing customers what they need to get started using their new product(s).

You’ll be a part of a team who guide both new customers, as well as current customers, who have purchased new products. You’ll work with a small team working to set customers up for success through a combination of training in important concepts, best practices, and hands-on exercises in their software environment.

What you'll need to blow our customers away:

  • Experienced with financial reporting including Pamp;L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow amp; Budgets.
  • Created or been deeply involved in the creation of product training content.
  • Led training offerings with internal or external audiences.

What you'll do to create a seamless customer experience:

  • Train and present product concepts in an interesting and engaging way.
  • Manage customers communications, including scheduling engagements.
  • Provide customers walkthrough of product UI.
  • Train customer how to best utilize tools (separately and when used together).
  • Help customers configure products according to their needs.
  • Flag risk/challenges, provide recommendations.
  • Provide best practices guidance on using products.
  • Connect with customers with clarity and courtesy verbally and in writing.
  • Work with customers across media such as video calls, phone conferences, email, chat.
  • Efficiently balance multiple requests from multiple customers.
  • Collaborate with other team members on technical and/or customer service challenges.
  • Internal team training and enablement on new or updated product features and capabilities.

This role can be based in our Costa Mesa office or Remote

Depending on experience, this position typically pays between $105,000 - $120,000/yr.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
  • 3 years prior enablement experience.
  • 7+ years working in SaaS company in Professional Services, Enablement, Solutions, Implementations or other roles.
  • High level of business acumen and are comfortable speaking to common practices.
  • You’ve work in technical environments while not necessarily being a technical expert.
  • Project management experience helpful.
  • You’re naturally motivated to resolve problems. You can jump in and own It.

  • You do the right thing for your customer and for your colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team cooperation, and communication skills.
