Summary:

As an account executive (AE), you will be responsible to develop and implement business plans to stimulate product revenue, deployment, and support strategies to effectively lead a team of virtual internal resources across a defined geographic territory. AE will have additional resources to support their revenue goals and will allocate to manage the sales territory and the sales process.

AE will manage early-stage opportunities from qualification through the sales process to contract closure. You will work with the DataVisor customer success team to ensure customer contract renewals and upsells while assisting the client service team to manage the resolution of challenges.

Specific Job Duties:

  • Develop and close new customer fraud platform deals and achieve ACV/contract renewal for assigned territory
  • Focus on acquiring new customer logo wins
  • Maintain accurate SalesForce records
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell while monitor existing contracts within an assigned geographic territory year around
  • Coordinate sales territory resources and lead the team effectively (Inside Sales Representative, Sales Engineer, Sales Development Representative)
  • Position reports to Regional VP of Sales

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to tier-one banks and financial services
  • 10+ years of proven work experience selling enterprise solutions
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience selling SaaS based solutions for start-up organization
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience selling fraud or security-related solutions a plus
  • Self-starter to develop and qualify sales pipeline
  • Ability to grasp clients needs and to increase customer engagement
  • Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and time-management skills
  • BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
