Job Description

ProducePay is looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to fill Sales, Business Operations, and Corporate roles in the US. Your work will directly impact the company's ability to meet its business goals as we scale hiring for our Sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and partner with hiring managers, leaders, and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, products, and services while providing recruiting industry expertise.
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies and manage the end-to-end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, delivering an efficient and effective service to all involved in the hiring process.
  • Build strategic sourcing strategies to grow pipelines, as needed, with our sourcing partners.
  • Coach and guide hiring managers on Talent Acquisition related best practices, processes, interviewing/assessment strategies, and tools.
  • Lead ongoing market research and analysis to develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies, providing market intelligence to the business as required.
  • Prepare, present, negotiate, and close competitive job offers partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership presenting the total rewards that ProducePay offers to each candidate.
  • Ensure all coordination is consistent and keep our ATS system (Workable) updated in real-time
  • Monitor and guarantee that 100% of pre-onboarding requirements are met

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field is a plus
  • 7+ years of Technical Recruiting experience required (in-house or agency)
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with a wide variety of sourcing avenues and techniques
