Job Description
OCT Consulting is an SBA-certified, 8(a) small business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.
Responsibilities and Duties
We currently have openings for Contract Closeout Specialists with three (3) years or more of experience with a specialization in close-out activities. Experience supporting private business contracting efforts is preferred. An expertise in closing firm-fixed, cost-reimbursement, time and material, labor hour, or any variant to include hybrid contracts is required.

- Three (3) or more years of contract closeout experience
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Must be able to pass background investigation. The investigation will involve a credit and law enforcement agency check
- Must be a US Citizen
