At Aktiia, we are on a mission to help 100M people control their blood pressure by 2032 and need exceptional product leaders to help us get there.
We have developed and brought to market the world’s first continuous blood pressure monitor that provides doctors and patients access to data they've never seen before. Currently approved for use in Europe, Aktiia is coming soon to the United States in early 2023.

The Director of Product Management, Healthcare will be responsible for discovering and delivering a product strategy that ultimately improve the health of our customers.
You’ll have end-to-end ownership of a product with incredible potential, and be responsible for:
- Vision amp; Strategy: Defining the product vision, strategy and success metrics for our Healthcare products in remote patient and chronic care monitoring (RPM/CCM).
- Discovery: Developing and performing research to articulate our healthcare customer needs and resulting product opportunities
- Delivery: Turning those opportunities into solutions/experiments for delivery with commercial, design, core technology, clinical, and software engineering teams
- Product Excellence: Managing change and ambiguity. We’re a fast growing startup and we need your leadership to keep us focused on the customer in an ever-changing environment.
Along the way, you’ll get to know our customers and their needs, innovate our ground-breaking continuous blood pressure technology, and create digital experiences to help our healthcare customers dramatically improve how they manage patients with high blood pressure.
This is a remote-friendly position (east coast US time-zone preferred) and reports to directly the VP of Product.
Requirements
What you'll need to be successful
- Remote Patient Monitoring Product Management Expereince required
- 8+ years experience in B2B product management with a proven track record of building healthcare products from scratch
- Expertise in the US health care system and a strong point of view for its future
- Passion for digital product discovery and development. You love solving customer problems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire stakeholders, investors, and customers
- Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, with a passion for building innovative products and experience driving growth in a startup environment
- Occasional travel to Switzerland
Ideal but not required
- Experience operating in a regulated product category
- Experience in cardiovascular monitoring
