Creative Producer/Composer

We are looking for a candidate who excels in all aspects of music composition amp; production. As Creative Producer/Composer, you will be working with internal and external partners to hands-on produce, compose, arrange, orchestrate, engineer and mix music for one of our largest client's productions and promotions. An ideal candidate must be proficient in scoring to picture and working with all types of A/V assets.

Responsibilities

• Establish a clear music vision for a title or project and successfully communicate that vision when collaborating with our internal and external partners.
• Creative oversight on the end-to-end music creation lifecycle of a project, from planning to production to finishing to delivery.
• Compose and produce original music, cover songs, theme songs, jingles, and sonic branding for Content, Marketing, and Product.
• Lead recording sessions in Studio involving freelance composers, studio musicians, and recording artists.
• Give creative feedback and redirection for music composed or performed by our freelance music talent.
• Creative quality ownership of all music delivered to partners, ensuring we are upholding the creative vision and high level of creative excellence at scale.
• Build and maintain creative partnerships with our network of talent (producers, composers, musicians, engineers, etc.)
• Innovate and explore new music opportunities to grow Member Joy and add value to our client’s brand.
• Align closely with client internal music teams to ensure creative workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in music production and composition.
• Strong songwriting skills, collaborating with recording artists and talent.
• Proficient in all common audio formats, sample rates, video frame rates, and scoring to picture
• Experienced in multiple DAWs, outboard gear, and studio environments
• Ability to self-manage and organize high-volume workloads around tight deadlines
• Solid oral and written communication skills

• Experience working on trailers and promotional content
• Multilingual. We work on assets for every corner of the globe in many different languages.
• Experience in project management and music supervision.
• Excellent collaborator across a diverse range of partners and creative mediums.
