Job Duties:

• Assisting with emails and phone calls regarding issues and other questions
• Attending to guests and supporting the leadership team of the local store
• Working with Microsoft products, including Excel
• Data Entry
• Other duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service
• Ability to work as a team
• Self-directed, excellent time management and organization skills
• Able to multitask in a face paced enviorment
