Job Summary:
In this exciting remote role, you’ll develop and support our CRM platform used in sales and operations. As part of our new Technology and Enablement Team you will interface with Leadership. Business Analysts, our Technology and Enablement Team and business stakeholders to evolve the CRM that supports our client-facing activities. Essential functions:
- Design, create, test and support our customized CRM platform in support of client-facing activity and business objectives
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, project Managers and Business Unit colleagues to architect effective solutions
- Maintain the CRM as it grows to ensure optimal performance
- Learn new technologies in the company’s technology stack
- Identifying process improvement opportunities
- Maintaining knowledge of relevant technologies, industry trends, developments and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications in a relevant field (CRM, Software Development, Computer Science)
- 2+ years of successful development in the CRM or other relevant space
- Monday.com and/or HubSpot development experience strongly preferred
- Monday.com and/or HubSpot certifications preferred
