What do we need?

We are looking for a talented and proficient Implementation Director to join our growing Client Success team. You will be joining an amazing team that will offer you the opportunity to learn, be challenged, and grow your career. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in account management, denied claim recovery, complex claims investigation, and customer service. Ideal candidates will possess denials management knowledge and account management experience within a healthcare setting.

What will you provide?

  • Create implementation project plans for implementing clients
  • Implementation tool kit (create, maintain amp; organize)
  • Gant chart and tracker creation and maintenance
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time by managing to deadlines
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external implementation meetings
  • Coordinate task completion with internal and external teams
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, IT, operations, help desk) as needed for issues, resources, tasks, etc.
  • Update and maintain project documentation
  • Support Client Success Manager with client relationship during implementation including client communications
  • Manage internal and external action items needed to implement a client
  • Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
  • Compile and submit information for appropriate system access and credentialing
  • Create and manage IT checklist
  • Operations checklist and workflow development
  • Schedule and fill system and process training needs
  • Payer contracts and documents

Requirements

  • Ability to plan and execute implementation / onboarding projects
  • Proficient with project planning tools, Gant charts, etc.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of secure data exchange methods with willingness to learn conversational basics of API, Flat file, data types and FTPS/SFTP file transfers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and responsive to the needs of the team
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IP and OP revenue cycle related metrics and KPI’s
  • Service line knowledge: Background in revenue cycle account follow up, workflow amp; process

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of responsible project management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of complex claims and/or denial management experience
  • Revenue Cycle Management implementation experience a plus
