X- Cart Senior Marketing Manager

X-Cart Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Strategy: Creating and executing a solid performance marketing strategy amp; execution plan
• Budget Management: Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong ROMI and efficient CAC. Constantly analyzing spending and recommending changes as necessary to ensure optimization
• Performance Analysis: analyze performance and understand the details and effectiveness of each campaign and adopt a continual test and learn approach to all performance marketing activities, including: paid, organic, email, affiliate and other channels
• Team Management: lead, motivate and grow the existing team
• Ideas generation: Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established KPI
• Data Analysis: drive optimization plans through analysis of large data sets
• Reporting: be responsible for creating reports and providing analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns and website traffic to help optimize all campaigns

Requirements

• 7+ years of performance marketing experience
• You have a proven track record in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including email marketing, affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channel
• You have a successful track record in B2B performance marketing
• You have experience with building a performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization
• You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights amp; recommendation
• You have a solid campaign and channel analysis and reporting expertise
• Fluent English-speaker, B2+ level
• Strong advantage: if you have B2B eCommerce SaaS expertise
• Strong advantage: if you successfully created and implemented viral marketing campaigns
