Sayari is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing People Operations team! In this role, you’ll support and improve how our company attracts, selects, and onboards top talent into our company. What You’ll be Doing:

Our ideal candidate believes that people are the lifeblood to any company and knows that hiring world-class talent is core to any business’ success. You’re a whiz at scheduling and you love making the lives of others easier. You are organized; you make things run like clockwork and make it look effortless (even when it’s not).

In this role, you’ll provide administrative support to our Director of Talent acquisition by scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, maintaining our ATS, Workable, and more. Ultimately, you will help keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate interviews from scheduling through interview team feedback collection amp; candidate experience surveys
  • Manage all aspects of candidate communication including interview scheduling, process updates, feedback surveys, and more
  • Craft, update, and post job descriptions to Workable, LinkedIn, and other various job boards
  • Own the internal ATS (Workable) by organizing resumes, technical assessments, and collecting/updating feedback
  • Prepare job offer letters
  • Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
  • Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. ordering equipment, preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)
  • Adhoc HR support as needed


Requirements

Desired Skills amp; Experience:

  • Proficient in Gsuite (gmail, google cal, etc.)
  • Magnetic personality, with the ability to connect with people
  • Ability to multitask, take direction and execute while wearing many hats
  • A ‘get it done’ attitude and a positive approach to any task, no matter how big/small
  • 1+ years of experience working in an internal or external client facing role, with strong preference for HR, talent acquisition, or administrative assistance
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or sourcing passive candidates is a plus

Compensation:
Our cash compensation for this role is $55,000 - $65,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
