Ally Global Logistics LLC is the 2nd largest Export Freight Forwarder in the United States.
Ally is a family-owned business, founded in 2011, specializing in the shipment of lumber and logs through international export, domestic freight, and transportation management. In 2020, Ally opened its Domestic Brokerage Division to further support our client base and continue to grow our organization to support other industries such as machining, pallet producers, raw materials, recycled materials, produce vendors and many more. Currently, Ally is exporting roughly 30,000 containers a year and, domestically, will do over 8,000 shipments this year. Ally has offices in 2 countries, including Columbia, with most of our United States team split between our Jacksonville, FL and Weymouth, MA (headquarters) offices. In addition, Ally has recently added its first warehouse facility in Blakeslee, PA. For each container shipped or truck moved Ally donates a $1 to a charity that its employees have collectively voted on. If so, as a Domestic Account Executive for Ally Global Logistics, you will build your own book of business of clients with complex logistics needs and cultivate those customers into loyal advocates for Ally because of your exceptional service mindset.
This is an Entry Level full-time position with uncapped earnings potential for a talented entrepreneurially minded salesperson willing to do what it takes to win. Duties amp; Responsibilities
· Sourcing new sales opportunities through a high volume of outbound calls
· Following up on inbound leads and sales funnel daily
· Quoting, booking, and tracking shipments
· Cross selling to convert Export client base to using AGL's Domestic services
· Online Portal setup and walk-through for customer
· Claim resolution, invoice disputes and late payment issues
· Understanding existing customer needs and requirements
· Reaching established revenue targets
