Role overview:We are looking for a candidate to lead our Software Program Management Team. The target candidate has experience leading complex technical development efforts including management of cross functional development and test teams to deliver high-quality products on-time. The candidate will need to have a strong understanding of software development and release processes with an ability to coordinate release and delivery of multiple products to ensure company milestones stay on schedule.What you'll be doing:

- Manage, lead, and mentor a team of Software Program Managers across Digital Signal Processing, Perception, and Embedded software domains
- Work with cross-functional project teams to drive DSP, embedded, and Perception software design, architecture, and development
- Identify and prioritize project tasks and risks
- Drive closure on technical issues and development roadblocks to ensure projects meet top level requirements and are delivered on time
- Effectively communicate program risks/status regularly to key stakeholders
- Manage software release schedules and coordinate deliverables
- 7+ years of experience in program management with demonstrated experience leading a team.
- Understanding of machine learning training and pipeline development
- Knowledge of perception and state estimationExperience with embedded FW and SW development process and methodologies
- Experience defining scope and prioritizing work to meet release schedules
- Experience in Agile software development principles
- Strong facilitation skills to lead efficient technical design requirements, status, and review meetings
- Experience shipping complex projects within an aggressive timeline
- Ability to rapidly adapt and work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with automotive software development and safety standards such as AUTOSAR and ASPICE (preferred, but not required)
- Experience with SW project management tools such as JAMA, JIRA, and Confluence
