Originally founded in Norway in 2019 by industry veterans, we have seen 2 years of hypergrowth as Enterprise (FTSE 100, Fortune 500) customers flock to our new technology offering that allows them to orchestrate, manage and monitor their RPA implementations, saving huge amounts of money and allowing them to reach scale that was previously impossible.

Recently backed by Dawn Capital amp; MMC Ventures in our 2022 Series A Round, we are continuing our extreme growth as planned. Revenue and staff are both international in nature, with clients and teams in the UK, USA, Scandinavia and across Europe.

What you will be doing

The RPA Supervisor team is growing rapidly. As a result, we’re recruiting across all areas of the business. Reporting to the Co-Founder/CEO, the Global Vice President of Sales will lead all sales operations to drive the growth of our business. Key elements of the role include:

  • Manage and hire a diverse team of high-performing sales professionals (12+ people today)
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to drive our outreach / targeting strategy
  • Collaborate with the CEO and the Executive Leadership team to create a competitive Sales amp; Revenue Strategy then manage resources to drive execution
  • Develop and manage key sales infrastructure, including implementing efficient processes, forecasting, and training to drive pipeline, opportunity qualification, close rate, shortened sales cycles, and revenue growth.
  • Provide unified revenue view and leadership across direct and channel sales, finding opportunities to maximize growth
  • Help sell RPA Supervisor into large enterprises - focusing primarily on our Tier 1 clients.

What we’re looking for

  • Significant years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, with a track record of over attainment
  • A strong background in building and leading high-performance SaaS B2B sales teams (ideally mix of Enterprise + Velocity)
  • Bonus: experience in the RPA industry
  • Data-driven approach to optimizing process and performance
  • Solid technical and commercial skills with an ability to operate independently.
  • Superb communication and presentation skills; able to communicate at the C-level.
  • Background in a consultative sales environment with an excellent understanding of complex solution sales cycles and proven experience in successful solution selling.
  • Willing to travel
