Schedule: Full time Monday to Friday, 8 Hours a day
Location: Glenside 19038 PA. On site.
Salary: $92.000 to $120.000

Job Summary: Hands on IT Director to oversee the technical operations in our fast-paced organization. Responsible for developing solutions for technical alignment and improvement, internally and for our clients. Excellent technical aptitude required as well as background in desktop, systems, and network administration engineering. Manage and continuously develop our cybersecurity team. Director will oversee 3 main subject areas: Professional service (Project and management), Service delivery, and Cybersecurity/Central services.

What youll do:
- Daily management and tracking of time, tickets, activities, and tasks
- Project development, implementation and management
- Propose strategic solutions and recommend new systems and software
- Hands on projects that require high level engineering
- Prepare financial budgets and performance reports
- Build and maintain relationships with external advisors and vendors
- Identify the need for upgrades and the opportunities for improvement
- Liaison with other departments to improve overall operations
- Tackle difficult and complex problems independently and with your team
- Provide valuable insight while creating actions plans
- Guide efforts to respond to unforeseen circumstances that impact our organization and/or our clients
- Ensure 24x7 operations and on-call SLAs are met without the assistance of the President
- Create, Maintain, and Follow SOPs
- Desire to mentor team members and develop skillsets internally

What youll need:
- Bachelors degree, technical school, or related certifications (CCNA or equivalent, Network+)
- Previous Managed Service Provider or Multi-Tenant Customer Management Help
DESK/NOC/SOC, and project management experience required. - 7+ Years’ experience/knowledge working in most of the following:
- Windows Server, 2012, 2016, 2019
- Active Directory, File/Print Services
- Desktop support amp; Troubleshooting
- TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
- DNS record management MX, SPF
- Web Servers (IIS, Apache) a major plus
- Network Fundamentals, Switching and Routing, Layer2/Layer3 switching
- Network Design, Visio, and Documentation Skills
- OSI Model
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Scale Computing)
- Microsoft 365, Exchange
- Google Workspace
- Email Security Systems (Filtering, Secure Messaging, DLP)
- Firewall technologies (SonicWALL, FortiGate, Cisco)
- VPN
- VOIP
- SQL Administration amp; Performance Tuning a major plus
- Linux, Apache, phpMyAdmin, hardening a major plus
- Storage/SAN technology a major plus
- Vendor liaison support
- Infrastructure and Operations support to App Developers
Additional requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Own vehicle
- Active car insurance
- Willingness to commute to Glenside, PA 19038
- Ability to visit local clients’ sites
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
