Schedule: Evening shift. 2pm-11pm (flexible)
Location: Glenside 19038 PA. Possibility of remote work once training is complete
Salary: $50.000 to $65.000

Job Summary: We are looking for an individual to handle service tickets and projects tasks in an afterhours environment.

What youll do:
- Maintenance and patching of equipment such as but not limited to routers, firewalls, switches, desktops, servers, hypervisors.
- Work independently on small projects during customer down hours
- Completing assigned tasks of larger team projects during customer down hours
- Live support desk response via email, telephone, or ticketing system
- Proactively respond to escalated/assigned tickets
- Take ownership of your assignments
- Recognize when to escalate to next level
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Identify potential for improvement in customer environments
- Communicate potential improvement and opportunities to Sales
- Understand and follow Process and suggest or implement changes to SOPs when needed
- Background in desktop, system and network admin required
- Experience with ticketing system(s) required
What youll need:
- Bachelor's Degree, technical school or related certifications (CCNA or equivalent, Network+)
- Experience working in a multi-tenant service provider, call center, NOC, or customer service-oriented position
- Between 1-4 years’ experience/knowledge working in most of the following:
- Windows Server, 2012, 2016, 2019
- Active Directory, File/Print Services
- Desktop support amp; Troubleshooting (Win7, Win10, Apple)
- TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
- DNS record management MX, SPF
- Web Servers (IIS, Apache) a major plus
- Network Fundamentals, Switching and Routing, Layer2/Layer3 switching
- Network Design, Visio, and Documentation Skills
- OSI Model
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Exchange, Office 365, Google G Suite a plus
- Email Security Systems (Filtering, Secure Messaging, DLP)
- Firewall technologies (i.e., Cisco, SonicWALL, FortiGate), VPN
- VOIP, QoS a major plus
- SQL Administration amp; Performance Tuning a major plus
- Linux
- Apache, phpMyAdmin, hardening a major plus
- Storage/SAN technology a major plus
- Vendor liaison support
- Infrastructure and Operations support to App Developers
Additional requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Own vehicle
- Active ca insurance
- Willingness to commute to Glenside, PA 19038. Possibility of remote work once training is complete
