We are a manufacturing facility located at CenterPoint Commerce and Trade Park, Pittston Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
We are looking for a strong Human Resource Manager for a new and growing Manufacturing facility. In this role, you will need to have at least 2 years of experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing environment with Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Benefits Administration, and an overall knowledge of full Human Resources responsibilities.
This role is required to be 100% onsite.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Placing Ads for various plant manufacturing positions and targeting applicable institutes to attract the right candidate.
- Overseeing and conducting the interviewing and hiring process.
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and e-mail.
- Tracking recruiting activities and providing open job positions and candidate status in a weekly report.
- Managing and advising in the coordination of other recruiting activities and strategies.
- Managing payroll amp; maintaining employee files and records in electronic form amp; in the HRIS system.
- Developing and maintaining the company, including Federal, and State-wide laws and policies, and procedures.
- Serving as a liaison for employees on payroll amp; benefits issues.
- Performing other related duties as required and assigned.
- Developing a recruiting strategy for part-time amp; seasonal workers from colleges and/or high schools in the region.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience as an HRBP or Recruiting Coordinator (essential).
