Warehouse Pick Pack Supervisor

Dealmed is seeking a qualified individuals who can are able to work as a supervisor in a fast paced warehouse environment in our Lakewood New Jersey distribution center.

The Pick/Pack Supervisor will manage the front end of our warehouse and will be responsible for overseeing and assigning approximately 10-12 picker and packers with tasks as well as oversee quality control of our outbound pick/pack operations.

Requirements

• Assign all orders to pickers.
• Quality control - make sure all orders are picked and packed correctly i.e. correct items and quantities.

• Directing staff for different type of picks - examples assigning pallet picks and and picks with multiple units of measure to staff.
• Managing pickers and packers time - working with staff to shift roles and tasks based on the daily workflow
• Make sure all orders are finished by the end of the day
• Oversee to make sure all orders are picked correctly and according to company standards.
• Oversee to make sure all order are packed correctly with proper shipping workflows and according to company standards.
• Correct any issues before the order is packed
• Oversee packaging and picking supplies such as boxes and hardware.and as well make sure all supplies are well stocked
• Pay special attention to high-value orders
