POSITION SUMMARY
The Area Vice President of Enterprise Sales will lead our Enterprise Sales team responsible for developing, managing and closing business with enterprise customers across the Eastern region of the United States. This role will be responsible for hiring top enterprise talent, executing on revenue goals, developing leaders within each region, while implementing a strong sales methodology and working complex strategic sales cycles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales plan
  • Accelerate customer adoption
  • Continually build and grow a robust sales pipeline
  • Work with partners to extend reach amp; drive adoption
  • Lead contract negotiations
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure customer happiness and success
  • Help to recruit and build sales leaders and account executives regionally
  • Travel throughout the USA
ABOUT YOU
  • At least 3 years of VP sales experience building and leading high performance sales teams.
  • Experience leading multiple regions and driving revenue in diverse markets.
  • High career trajectory and potential.
  • Someone with experience in helping scale late stage startups through multiple phases of growth.
  • Consistent overachievement in previous roles.
  • Significant enterprise sales and strategic customer development experience.
  • Experience practicing and implementing a sales methodology, such as MEDDIC.
  • Track record in closing large, complex deals across verticals in the Fortune 500.
  • History of accurate forecasting and business reporting.
  • Experience in working with SalesForce and other sales oriented tracking tools.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The compensation package for this position also includes a commission/variable component, which is based on performance, plus equity, and benefits.
