Job Description
Citadel Home Care is looking for a Recruitment Guru to join our Citadel team. As a Recruiter, your key role will be to help us hire compassionate talent. This exciting role will entail recruiting and identifying top talent, relationship building, coordinating, sourcing, compliance, and facilitating the interview process. You'll also have the opportunity to help provide our patients with qualified and compassionate caregivers. In addition, you will be part of an energetic team that promotes collaboration and values creating amazing candidate experiences.
What we are looking for:
- One year of recent high-volume recruiting experience (preferably home care or healthcare)
- A positive attitude; you're a team player, and you work effectively with different teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity utilizing various sourcing tools and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
What will blow our minds!
- 1-3 years of home care or healthcare recruitment experience.
- 1-3 years of High volume recruiting over the phone and in-person and able to shift gears as needed.
- 1-3 years of new-hire caregiver documentation compliance with federal/state/city employment and DOH laws/regulations.
- Go-getter that's resourceful, and able to work effectively with the tools at hand.
